The Chairperson shall be the Associations Chief Executive Officer who may exercise a vote on all matters. Between meetings of the Executive Board, the Chairperson shall exercise this authority towards the fulfillment of the objects of APRH.

The V.P. of OMHA shall exercise the executive authority necessary to complete the duties requested or designed hereto and further in the absence of the Chairperson or in the event of the Chairperson's inability to act, the Vice Chairperson shall have, and exercise all the powers of the Chairperson.

The Secretary while holding office shall be the custodian of APRH's official records.

The Treasurer shall be responsible to maintain accurate records of all financial transactions of APRH.
V.P. of Discipline / Fundraising:

Ascertains the approximate amount of all revenues received from
fundraising and/or sponsorship activities. Coordinate the tournament and oversee
and monitor the APRH bingo. Deals with disciplinary matters within the
organization.
V.P. of Coaches: Rob Wells

Oversee and chair the coach selection committee, receive list of candidates to assist head coaches and bring these to the Board for approval. Conduct a coaches meeting prior to tryouts plus managers meeting following tryouts. Co-ordinate development programs for coaches and trainers with home centres. Monitor coaches through parent evaluations.

Co-ordinate team orders for jerseys and place such orders plus monitor team purchases to ensure that they are purchased from approved supplier.

The Home Centre Representative upon his/her appointment letter being received and noted in the minutes of an Executive Meeting, the Executive may designate the named Representative a member of the Executive Board acting as a liaison between his/her home organization and the APRH board.
